How do I place an order online?

These are the general steps of your shopping journey with us on shopmustafa.sg:

  1. Choose your product, add to cart & amend the quantity
  2. Check order details
  3. Confirm your shopping cart
  4. Choose your delivery date on ‘View Cart’ page
  5. Provide shipping & billing information
  6. Choose payment options and finalise payment
  7. You will see the payment transaction status on your screen
  8. For a successful transaction, we will email you the order confirmation shortly

Why are there products on the website that I cannot buy online?

Despite our wide range available in our online shop. However, if the products are temporary not available or sold out, the button will appear - Out Of Stock

Do you carry the same products online as in-store?

We aim to offer a wide selection of the products you love from Mustafa Centre. While our online range is extensive, some items may only be available in-store due to stock availability, storage, or delivery restrictions.

Are the products sold online authentic?

Yes, all products listed on ShopMustafa.sg are authentic and sourced directly from Mustafa Centre’s network of trusted suppliers.

Do I need an account to shop online?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, we encourage you to create an account using your email and contact number for a smoother shopping experience. Having an account allows you to track your orders, save delivery details, and receive timely updates.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible as we process orders quickly. Please contact our Customer Service team at support@shopmustafa.sg as soon as possible for assistance.

Are the prices on the website higher than in-store?

Online prices may vary from in-store prices to cover extra operational costs involved in running our eCommerce platform and ensuring smooth deliveries.

Delivery fees are charged separately and capped for convenience.

Orders & Delivery / Self Pickup

What are the delivery options available?

We offer standard delivery is 5 - 10 working days.

What is the delivery fee?

Limited Time Only:
Orders below SGD 150 will be charged $10 delivery fee.

Orders SGD 150 and above will enjoy FREE delivery to your doorstep.

What are the delivery timings?

Deliveries are available daily between 9 AM – 10 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You’ll receive an email notification once your delivery is on the way by our logistic partners.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order under via the delivery notice email My Account > My Orders. A tracking link will also be included in your order confirmation email.

Do you deliver to all areas in Singapore?

Yes, we deliver to most locations across Singapore except restricted zones (e.g., military bases, or offshore islands).

Can I collect my order from Mustafa Centre?

Self-collection at Mustafa Centre is not available at the moment, but we are working on introducing this option soon to enhance your shopping experience.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please contact our Customer Service, support@shopmustafa.sg immediately if you need assistance — we’ll do our best to help before it’s processed.

How do refunds work?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are all in-store products available online?

Not all products from our physical store are listed online yet, but our catalog is expanding daily. If you’re looking for a specific item, please email to us at support@shopmustafa.sg

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for that item.
