How To Use

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 3 tablets once, then take an additional 1 tablet every 2 hours if required, up to a maximum of 5 tablets in 24 hours; if pregnant or breastfeeding, take a maximum of 2 tablets in 24 hours. For motion sickness, take 30 minutes before travelling for optimum effect (same dosage as above). For morning sickness, take 2 tablets once a day, or as professionally prescribed, and always talk to your health professional before taking multiple products whilst pregnant.
