How To Use

Adults Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed, and take with food.

Caution

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and it is not recommended for children under 18 years. It contains marine protein - use caution if you have a seafood allergy. Do not take while on Warfarin therapy without medical advice, and if you have a history of liver disease, talk to your health professional before use. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses - do not exceed 150 mcg/day of selenium from dietary supplements for adults.
