Mustard Flour (a blend of white & brown mustard seeds) - 100%

To make mustard paste / condiment: Mix equal parts mustard powder and cold water, stir to a paste, and allow it to stand for 10 minutes for full flavor development.
In recipes: Add directly to sauces, soups, dressings, spice rubs, or stews to impart sharp, tangy heat.
In vinaigrettes / spreads: Combine with oil, vinegar, herbs, or honey to make dynamic mustard sauces.

The flavor is strongest shortly after mixing - over time it will mellow.
Use cold water only - avoid hot water when making mustard paste, as it can degrade flavor.
Handle with care - mustard powder can be irritating if inhaled or on broken skin.
For best flavor, make fresh mustard each time rather than storing premixed paste.

Keep the tin tightly sealed when not in use to prevent moisture uptake.
