How To Use

• Marinate 1kg meat with 1 cup yogurt, ginger-garlic paste and the masala mix.
• Sauté onions until golden and add the marinated meat.
• Add water as needed and simmer until tender.
• Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
• One sachet flavours about 1kg of meat.
