How To Use

• Brown 1kg meat or trotters in ghee with onions.
• Add the masala mix and water, then bring to a simmer.
• Slow-cook for 3 to 4 hours until tender and gelatinous.
• Stir in flour slurry if a thicker gravy is desired.
• Garnish with ginger, lime and coriander. Serve with naan.
