Soups & stews: Add cubes during cooking to develop flavor gradually.
Stir-fries, sauces & gravies: Crumble ¼-½ cube into pans as you cook; stir to distribute flavor.
Marinades & braises: Include in liquid marinades or braising liquids to boost savory depth.

Use a dry spoon to remove cubes from the packet - moisture can degrade the product.
Do not heat the cube directly in a pan before dissolving - the cube must be dissolved in liquid.
