The 1st layer (Immediate Release - Relaxation) delivers 349 mg of valerian root extract, saffron extract, magnesium (as magnesium oxide), and melatonin (6.5 mg) to help calm the mind and prepare the body for rest. The 2nd layer (Immediate Release - Preparing for Sleep) provides 320 mg of L-theanine and GABA to support relaxation and ease the transition into sleep. The 3rd layer (Sustained Release - Deep Sleep) supplies 188 mg of valerian root extract, saffron extract, magnesium (as magnesium oxide), and melatonin (3.5 mg) to help maintain deep, uninterrupted sleep.
The formulation also contains sodium 5 mg, potassium 95 mg, calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 100 mg, and phosphorus (as dicalcium phosphate) 75 mg. Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, gum arabic, vegetable juice colour, citric acid, glycerin, and natural vanillin flavour. Colour variation may occur due to natural ingredients.
