The mineral profile includes calcium 500 mg (38% DV), iron 15 mg (83% DV), iodine 150 mcg (100% DV), magnesium 50 mg (12% DV), zinc 15 mg (136% DV), selenium 200 mcg (364% DV), copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium.
