Seasoning Powder
Salt, flavour enhancers (621, 635), sugar, acidity regulator (330), flavouring powder (soya sauce powder [soya, wheat], shrimp, yeast extract), hydrolysed plant protein (soya, stabiliser [1400]), spices (chilli, garlic), colour (150c), corn starch, anticaking agent (551).

Seasoning Paste
Palm oil, sugar, spices (kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, chilli, onion), shrimp, salt, fish sauce, acidity regulator (330), lime, preservative (211).

Garnish
Carrot, cabbage (contains lactose), fishcake (fish, sugar, egg, colours [120, 150d], imitation crab flavour, paprika oleoresin, stabiliser [420], acidity regulators [451, 450], anticaking agent [551]), chilli, spring onion.

Open lid halfway, add seasoning sachets, pour boiling water up to the indicated line, close lid and let stand for 3 minutes. Stir well before eating.

Handle hot water carefully to avoid scalding. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not microwave the bowl.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed to maintain freshness.
